Itinerary

Day 1 - Fly Overnight to Milan

Your holiday begins as you fly from the Australia to your destination.

Day 2 - Lake Maggiore: Hotel Stay

Fly to Milan before transferring to Lake Maggiore, in the foothills of the Italian Swiss Alps. During a five-night hotel stay, explore the Borromean Islands with their aristocratic palaces and discover charming lakeside villages.

Day 3 - Lake Maggiore: Hotel Stay

During a day at leisure, you could visit the charming town of Cannero Riviera, explore its medieval castles and relax on its beaches. Alternatively, wander botanical gardens in Villa Taranto and indulge in gelato, embracing Lake Maggiore’s tranquil ambiance.

Day 4 - Lake Maggiore: Tour & Hotel Stay

Today you’ll ride the Centovalli Railway through the picturesque “One Hundred Valleys” between Domodossala and Locarno. Witness cascading waterfalls, alpine meadows and lush vineyards on an unforgettable 53-kilometre journey.

Day 5 - Lake Maggiore: Hotel Stay
